Omar El-Serty

El-Serty has over 15 years of hands-on experience across Strategic Management, Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, Brand Management, Project Management, Team Management and implementation in SMEs and Multinationals. He has transformed different organizations across his career to be market leaders in the region through applying state of the art approaches in strategic planning & organization development that had an impact on the triple bottom line, and helped several start-ups to transform their ideas into applicable business plans that were implemented successfully in the MENA markets.

Dr. Alaa Tarek Erakat

Alaa Tarek Erakat is an assistant professor of Marketing  at the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University, adjunct professor of marketing at ESLSCA Egypt and the subject matter expert at the National Training Academy(NTA), with 20 years of experience in the field of marketing. She has supervised several PhDs and MSCs dissertation in addition to supervising Eslsca’s marketing seminar since 2020. Dr Alaa has several international publications and has collaborated with big publishing houses as Pearson publishing and Lambert academic publishing houses.


Reham Yahia

Reham Yahia has 6 years of experience in the chemical sector related to fertilizer production and agricultural waste recycling as she has a bachelor's degree in international agriculture and specialized in studies of organic farming and sustainability. She helped different small companies in their expansion plan in different areas such as R&D, fundraising, and business development. She enriched her skills through different training programs at the local and international scale, as she was selected among 15 leaders from Africa and Europe in 2020 to get intensive training and mentorship in business modeling and growth strategy from an “enpact” organization in Berlin, Germany. Recently, she got a scholarship in food security studies from the business school Netherlands.

Khaled Abdo

Khaled Abdo is the Former president of the Chamber of Printing and Packaging, and the founder of Alphaegypt. Offering more than 40 years total of experience in packaging and printing industry and in stationary production and consultancy field for the above sectors and subsectors . Khaled Abdo has conducted tailored trainings for Packaging sector , coaching, and capacity development activities for SMEs.

Over 15 years of hands-on experience in preparing strategies ,develop Egyptian exports of chemical and fertilizer industries, export plans including specialized international events and exhibitions, missions of foreign buyers on the sidelines of local exhibitions,  organization of Trade missions for the ‎African ‎& European ‎markets to explore new markets by ‎ Choosing the country and make a study about it, Choosing the sectors that we have competitiveness in it, Feasibility studies, Dealing with governmental and non-governmental entities to arrange for the ‎trade ‎missions, Make an analysis of the market and choose the market leaders to deal with them, Helping exporters find new partners by making market research, matchmaking ‎and ‎B2B meetings, Business support and providing solutions for problems and obstacles faced by ‎exporters ‎on their works with the governmental entities by dealing with (The ‎Egyptian ‎Commercial Service, Customs, General Organization for Export and Import ‎Control), Analytical and detail-oriented market research analyst skilled at determining how consumers ‎perceive ‎products and services,  make accurate recommendations based on ‎thorough and ‎effective research and interpretation of data from reports and statistical analyzes on the performance of exports and imports in the Chemical ‎sector. ‎

Osama Samir

Osama Samir Makar General Manager in Sadko Plast. Has more than 20 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing. Currently preparing DBA in Business Administration at Ain Shams University.  And also, has got an Academic Masters and Diploma in Marketing at Ain Shams University.

Highly experienced in setting the strategic plan to develop the business in companies. Determining the vision, mission, values, policies and procedures to fulfil the goals and objectives of the strategy. Professional experience (B2B) in market analysis to create a promising marketing plan and determine the appropriate marketing mix.

Dr. Abir El-Saadi

Dr. Abir El Saadi has provided academic and training courses, for over 10 years, to post graduates students and governmental officials in finance, investment, economics. Offering over 25 years of experience with private, public, and multi-national organizations,and as an official in the Government of Egypt . Dr. El Saadi severed as a project director for two important projects governed by UNDP, GIZ, CIDA to implement RBM and HRM country strategy in selected governmental bodies and subsequently in all public administrative units. Dr. El Saadi served as an external auditor to audit the implementation of the Balanced Score Cards system. She has developed a strategy to build the capacity of the second layer officials in the GOE ,also served as an Economic Researcher and investigator of Trade Remedies . She then led economic analysis and economic assessments, trade analysis & agreements effectiveness, rules of origin effectiveness in existing agreements and identifying potential Free Trade Areas (FTAs).


Amr Ahmed

International development practitioner with +14 years of experience in Egyptian banking sector as well as international donors with Hands-on Development Finance, Economic Growth, Corporate Governance, Loan Guarantee Facility, assessing risk, due diligence, writing policies, Project management coordination and planning; program design including budget forecasting, and training

Ashraf Gamal

Ashraf  Gamal is the Managing Director of Egyptian Chefs Association (ECA) whose work is focused on sustain financial stability to ECA through building a long-term relationship with food, beverages and equipment in Egypt and world wide.He has more than 30 years experience in Sales , business development and fund raising. Mohamed Zoreik

Mohamed Zoreik is Commercial Director of Rehana Food Industries, and a Business advisor in (GIZ) programs in Egypt. Zoreik holds a master of business adminstration (MBA) in Export Logistics and Supply Chain from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. He also served as Marketing Manager (Holw El Sham - Al Doha - Three Chefs - Link Dot Net). Zoreik has built his experience at many successful organizations  (Nestlé - Faragalla - Heinz - Wadi Food - Fancy Food - Fodina - Dakahlia Poultry - Al Wadi - Siwa .......others), as well as attending and organizing many exhibitions and events in the food industry (Anuga Germany - Gulfood Dubai - Sial Paris - Indus Food India - Food Expo Greece - Hess Cairo - Food Africa - Dates Festival - Supermarket Exhibition - Ministry of Supply Initiatives)


Sara Ibrahim

Sara Ibrahim is the executive director for the export council for Printing, Packaging and Paper. She is working to serve the members to reach new markets and be able to export their products. Her objective is to help the packaging sector to grow up with innovative ideas and to integrate new markets. Sara holds a master degree in AI and copy rights and it's relation with the international trade. She has also been senior monitor and evaluation for project in European Union Delegation in Egypt for 3 years  working on development of technical development for vocational Education program. She also holds an advanced digital marketing certificate, and data analysis certificate that are considered to be extremely important for new market penetration.

Marwa Abaza

Marwa Abaza export consultant with 17 years experience in the Food sector.

She successfully exported  different products to more than 80 countries.


Marwa has  good knowledge of different markets requirements and access tools, and now working with SMEs to take their first step in the international markets and be ready and well prepared for the export process.


Mohamed Abd El Aleem

Mohamed Abd Elaleem is currently a business advisor at Khwarizm for business development. Offering more then 10 years of experience in the field of production management Abd El Aleem has managed both the production and operations in different chemicals and packaging manufacturers and achieved significant cost reduction and higher quality through applying the sciences of engineering and management.

Abd El Aleem received his bachelor of Engineering in 2011, and received multiple training in lean manufacturing, waste management and holds six sigma green belt 

Ahmed Nagy

Ahmed Nagy is the founder and CEO of Businostics for management consultancy, training and qualification of entrepreneurs, innovation support, technology transfer, and linking education, scientific research and the market.  Ahmed Nagy graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy (Clinical Pharmacy Program) Cairo University in 2011 with a grade of “Very Good” with honors - excellent in Bachelor’s degree, then joined ESLSCA Business school  and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a major in International Marketing and graduated in 2016  With an overall grade of distinction with honors. He was ranked fourth in his class of more than 300 colleagues. 

The first company founded by Ahmed Nagy was in 2009 and it represented many foreign companies (Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Turkey) in many fields, for example, but not limited to, food, special care supplies, paper products, cosmetics, in cooperation  With one of the founders of the major pharmacies chains in Egypt.  


Salma Shaker

Salma Shaker is a chemist with +10 years of experience in different sectors such as oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG. She has a master’s degree in Business Administration.

In 2018, She was nominated to travel to the U.S. to learn more about the latest innovative technologies and sustainable solutions in the field of chemistry.

Salma has worked across multinational companies as well as has supported some Egyptian SMEs to develop their business plans to expand from the Egyptian market to African Markets through applying Global Marketing Management.

Duaa El Deeb

A 15 years Subject Matter Expert in exporting and sales, started her career from simple local sales moving through the chain of command to plan for expanding business market share to different countries in Africa. While enriching her knowledge in exporting through hands-on experience with different customers and enabling herself to get familiarized with all aspects related to Exporting, supply chain, international regulations & logistics. Accordingly, acquired qualification as “Qualified Export Specialist” and holding a diploma in Business Administration, bachelor degree in Media, & diploma Business Administration.
